Explainer Animation

SFG20

SFG20 is a library of maintenance specifications for building engineering services and is the industry standard for planned maintenance.

Project

Morph produced this animation for the Building and Engineering Services Association to explain their online product called SFG20.

Here is an explanation of SFG20 in their own words:

The SFG20 library of maintenance specifications for building engineering services is the industry standard for planned maintenance and an essential tool in tendering, service level re-modelling and auditing.

Completely unique, SFG20 is the essential tool for facilities managers, building owners, contractors and consultants, enabling you to stay compliant – saving time, energy and money.

We used one of our in-house animations styles for this project┬áthat we refer to as ‘Tiny Town’. Using one of these design styles enables us to offer economies as we are able to re-use certain assets. Though as you will see if you watch the animation each without fail has its own unique look and one off illustrated elements.

Outcomes

I first engaged Morph to deliver an animated video showcasing our unique, online building maintenance product. Internal stakeholders were so impressed that we quickly commissioned two further videos for other companies within the group. Since then they have produced animations for almost every subsidiary company.
