Explainer Animation

Sixth Sense Transport

Sixth Sense Transport was a digital economy research project funded by the UK Research Council.

Project

morph were approached to produce a series of animations and website as part of the Sixth Sense Transport project.

This was a collaborative research project with a team from universities across the UK. The project was looking at how travel decisions could be enhanced using social networking principles and smartphone technology. This was one of a few  animations we created focussing on different aspects of the research plus we made a website for the project.

Here is a description of the Thing Tank project:

As objects around us begin to collect data and make suggestions about what might be desirable, it is possible that they may even be able to design things that we could never think of. The Thing Tank project is exploring these kinds of possibilities.

Here is one of the animations we created as part of the project. This was built using our ‘Tiny Town’ style which means that we can re-purpose elements from our library of assets. There are some economies for us in using either of our two main house styles.

If you are looking for an animation company in Lancaster or Kendal please get in touch.
