Project description
Witherslack Group provide specialist education and care for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. They are a fast growing business with high demand for quality recruitment.
We have already worked with Witherslack Group to redesign their branding and build their main Group website as well as their individual schools websites, so we were no stranger to the business.
The challenge here was to create a standalone Careers website to help drive their recruitment.
We had a really good engagement from the team at Witherslack to really nail down their aims and objectives. Applying good business logic and not reinventing the wheel, we have developed a simple yet powerful mobile first system. Pulling the data from the Applicant Tracking System, and delivering it in an accessible user friendly way.
